Paramount Pictures vs. Mr. Zambito. Mr. Zambito wrote a screen play which was
called “Black Rainbow.” He sued about
the movie “Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark” and said that they copied it from him in
1981. The judge ruled that the movie is
about an American hero not smuggling cocaine like Mr. Zambito’s play.
